Cafe Fusiones was born in 2009 with the purpose of serving our customers and offering them a unique culinary experience. Our warm and friendly environment is adequate for visitors to appreciate the aroma, the beauty, and the taste of unique products that Amazonas region offers. We are centrally located in the “Casa Monteza” which is in the main square of Chachapoyas.
We are an organization focused on the customer, and the place where people meet to enjoy a delicious coffee and outstanding dishes that are created with excellence, social responsibility, and taking care of our planet. We find inspiration in regional food styles, using organic ingredients from selected suppliers to guarantee freshness. This collaboration of our beautiful environment as well our service quality, makes your visit an unforgettable experience.
We take and pride when selecting of the best coffee in the region. We use organic grains Arabica type, cultivated in the fertile valley of Guayambamba. We take care of every detail of its preparation, to ensure our customers can enjoy a superb cup of coffee.
We create our products with innovation, using high-quality regional ingredients to produce a unique culinary experience. Our service takes time, so that our customers can enjoy each dish while enjoying the magic of this place. We have a complete menu, with all kind of meat, vegetarian and vegan options to satisfy all requests. Our coffee options are extensive, as well as other hot drinks, and a variety of cocktails. To support our customers, wherever they go, we provide an ideal take away product: Box Lunch.
Cafe Fusiones is interested in social and environmental responsibility, looking to be more supportive fostering healthy and social practices. We work in partnership with our suppliers and our people to increase the added value of our products. We aim to offer something different to our clients.
Our suppliers are our partners, and we seek to reward them fairly. We work directly with community organizations such as the Cooperativa Agraria Rodríguez de Mendoza and the ACP Bosque Berlín.
We also, participate as co-producers of the inputs we use, to ensure, maintain and support quality and continuous improvement in our partners.
We support our artisans by promoting their talent and giving them a special space to exhibit and sell their products, promoting a fair trade on their work.
Our clients will be able to find wood-works of the artist Miguel Huamán, and handmade textiles by Mujeres Artesanas de Leymebamba, and others.
We aware of our environmental footprint where we operate, that is why we have policies to protect our ecosystem and the planet. For instance, we use organic inputs and biodegradable packaging.
